Fish bar is a small business established in 2002 with the view of providing a product that will lead to ultimate customer satisfaction. Fish Bar is leading the way in the new generation of fish and chipperies. With high tech equipment, using nothing but cottenseed oil and a great range of products, Fish Bar has become a destination for all.
Fish bar aims to be different. We aim to provide premium products to our customers. A fresh supply of products at the highest quality is sourced and with a high standard of customer service, Fish Bar stands out as one of the new retailers that has lifted the industry to a new level. Fish Bar is located within the New Quay Precinct established in 2002. Fish Bar's position at New Quay is rather unique as it rests over the water at Docklands whereby customers have a spectacular view of the harbour, Telstra Dome and the city skyline. The area is becoming highly developed and is continually growing in becoming an established residential area. It has also become a destination point for both Melbournians and tourists. Fish Bar is the only licensed gourmet fish and chippery in the Docklands area. We have a capacity to accommodate for 40 people all located on the front decking. This area is covered by a large permanent umbrella that provides satisfactory shelter through simmer and winter. Fish Bar at New Quay is open seven days.
